How control actually works.
Can I permanently delete a review?
No — you can hide it from your public page in one click, and nothing is ever deleted. A hidden review can be brought back any time.
Do you approve reviews before they go live?
No. Every review publishes immediately, so what customers see is genuine and current, not curated before anyone sees it. You still get full control afterward — hide anything that shouldn't be there, whenever you want.
Who decides who gets asked for a review?
You do. Every invitation is free and goes out on your own schedule — nothing is billed per invite, and nobody but you chooses who receives your link.
If I hide a review, is it gone from my dashboard too?
No — hiding only removes it from your public page. It's still in your dashboard, so you can review or restore it whenever you want.
