Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free trial runs for seven days and covers your first 10 reviews. We do not ask for a card until you choose a paid plan.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your reviews stay in the dashboard and go live again the moment you pick a plan, so a lapsed trial never costs you the ones you already collected.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Pro is billed monthly with no yearly contract, so you can cancel whenever you like.
Is anything charged per invitation or per seat?
No. Every plan is one flat price, with no per-seat charge and nothing billed per invitation, so you can send your review link to as many customers as you like.
What happens if I reach 100 reviews on Pro?
Your review link stops taking new reviews until you move to Team, which has no review limit. Every review you already have stays published.
What does the Team plan include?
Unlimited sites and reviews, AI review summaries, a weekly digest email, importing from another platform, the REST API and webhooks, a shared moderation inbox, and single sign-on. Team isn't a published price: email us from the Team card and tell us what you need.
